Jeff Schroeder

Founder & Principal Consultant

Jeff Schroeder is a civil engineer with over eleven years of hands-on experience spanning general contracting, horizontal land development, and owner-side project management. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

This cross-sector experience — rare among independent consultants — gives Jeff the ability to evaluate construction risk from the perspective of the contractor, the developer, and the owner simultaneously. For lenders and investors, this means independent oversight grounded in real-world construction knowledge, not checklists.

SCG is based in Fort Worth, Texas and serves clients across the DFW metroplex and beyond.
